Rural School Leadership academy

RSLA supports TFA alumni and non-alum educators who are exploring school leadership positions in rural regions while early in their careers in the education sector. We are looking for 60 leaders committed to rural education to join our next cohort. Ideal applicants are passionate about education in rural communities, driven toward school leadership roles, and embody the skills, values and mindsets necessary for success. Profound Gentlemen is a community of male educators of color who provide a profound additional impact to boys of color. Our vision is to retain educators who dismantle the cradle to prison pipeline by establishing a cradle to career pipeline for boys of color. As the Community Builder, you will: identify and map stakeholders, conduct education and policy research and support in the planning and facilitation of Profound Gentlemen events.
